Hi! I’m Raylea! 🤍 I’m a caring, outgoing, and dependable person who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and creating a fun, comfortable environment where they feel safe, supported, and free to be themselves. I have hands-on childcare experience from working at Primrose, where I cared for children ranging from as young as 3 weeks old through older age groups. This gave me experience caring for infants and learning the importance of following individual routines, feeding and nap schedules, safe sleep practices, and paying close attention to each child’s needs. I also nannied for a family of three while attending college in Midland, caring for 2-year-old twin boys and their 4-year-old sister. I helped with their daily routines, meals, activities, and keeping everyone happy and engaged. I’ve also babysat for family and friends throughout the years. I’m outgoing and love being outside, doing arts and crafts, cooking, and finding ways to let kids be involved. I enjoy creating activities around their interests while also making sure they have structure and consistency throughout the day. Outside of childcare, I’m a licensed esthetician and am working toward my long-term goal of opening my own studio. I’m creative, personable, and love working with people, and I bring that same patience and positive energy into caring for children.
