With over 16 years of experience in early childhood education—both as a childcare center owner and an operations manager—my passion for working with children runs deep. While I’ve had the privilege of leading teams, supporting families, and managing full-scale childcare operations, what continues to bring me the most joy is the hands-on connection I get through babysitting. There’s something incredibly special about the one-on-one time babysitting allows. It gives me the opportunity to focus entirely on a child’s individual needs, interests, and development in a calm, personal setting. Every child is unique, and I love being able to adapt to their personality and help them learn, laugh, and feel safe.
