Hi there! my name is Charisma, but everyone calls me Toni! I’ve been working with children since I was 15 wether it was babysitting, child care at church, becoming a nanny, or my favorite and most recent was the honor of becoming an RBT (registered behavior technician) for children with autism. I was employed at Behavioral Transformations in Rockwall, Texas from 2018-2020 until I joined the military! Which brings me here to Norfolk! I am coming to the end of my contract so I am transitioning back into child care! I am CPR certified, have experience giving medication, seizure protocols, and epi pens! I am more than willing to meet the family first for peace of mind!
