I am a 35 year old mother of 2 and have 10 years of daycare/babysitting/caregiving experience. I have worked in formal childcare settings, helped my sister with her disabled son for 11 years, babysat for many friends and most recently spent the last 2 years caregiving for two of my friends' elderly parents while they were on hospice. I received an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education in 2017. I have worked with children of all ages and understand how to create an engaging and safe environment. I have taken several first aid/CPR classes in the past and am taking a refresher course on Sept 12th and my certification will be valid for another 2 years.
