I love working with children because every age and personality is a little different, and I enjoy finding ways to connect with each child and help them feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. As a mom of six, I also understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your children and feel confident leaving them with. I have experience working with children in several different settings, including teaching school-age students in a homeschool enrichment program, working one-on-one as an aide for children with special needs, and leading children’s classes through church and volunteer programs. I’m comfortable helping with homework, reading, crafts, games, meals, bedtime routines, and keeping kids engaged without relying on screens the entire time.
