We hired Nichole this summer to watch our 4 month old son. She was great. Here's why: She always showed up on time, if not a few minutes early. And we work east coast hours so she came at 7 every day! She loved taking our son for walks and did a great job talking with him, playing with him, etc. She was super responsible and great with our family and dogs. Our son loved her! Would hire her again in a heartbeat.
