Greetings, Hope you’re well! My name is Laila and I am a recent college graduate from East Carolina University where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Biology and psychology. I am now currently earning my masters in Biomedical sciences. While fairly new to professional childcare, with about 5 years of experience, I am passionate about helping our children to thrive. I have been working at my local YMCA since I was 18 years old. I always aim to support each child’s uniqueness by fostering personal and positive relationships to allow them to feel more comfortable to express themselves.
