Hello! I'm the mom of a 6 year old daughter and have about 20 years experience working professionally with children from birth to 14 years old. I have experience as a substitute teacher, preschool teacher, tutor, and nanny. I have a Bachelor's degree in elementary education and am planning a return to school for nursing. I have experience with pediatric trach and g-tube care, and non-verbal/limited communication children. I love to plan science, cooking, sensory, and art projects, take trips to the playground and library, read, and take nature walks. Familiar with some ASL sign language. I'm comfortable with cats, friendly dogs, reptiles, etc. My availability is posted but I'm flexible and often able to add hours outside of what is posted. Willing to do some overnight care on certain weekends.
