Hi! My name is Crislaine, and I am currently working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) during afternoon home sessions with a child from 4:00pm to 9:00pm through an ABA agency. I have experience working with children with autism and behavioral needs, helping with communication, routines, emotional regulation, learning activities, and positive behavior support. I am CPR/First Aid certified, patient, caring, responsible, and I truly enjoy working with children and helping families feel supported. I like creating a calm, safe, and positive environment where children feel comfortable, cared for, and motivated to learn and grow. Besides my experience as an RBT, I also have experience helping with daily tasks such as preparing simple meals and snacks, helping children with homework and routines, organizing play areas, light cleaning, laundry, and keeping spaces clean and organized.
