I have experience as a daycare teacher and was promoted to curriculum specialist at a childcare and learning center, then moved into the ABA field to work with children with autism and other developmental delays, where I was promoted to train others before they hit the floor and began direct care. I also have extensive volunteering experience in children’s ministry at my previous church, helping out whenever needed and enjoying the heck out of it. I love working with kiddos and am passionate about teaching them all about the world around them and watching their minds absorb and apply the cool things they take in. I am exceptionally patient and work hard to take whichever approach works for that particular child.
