Hi families! My name is Lyndsay, and I am a dual major graduate in Early Childhood Education and Special Education with over five years of professional experience supporting children from toddlers through elementary school. I have worked as a full-time nanny (ages 4–12), daycare teacher (ages 1–5), summer camp classroom teacher (grades K–3), and ESY teacher assistant in an autistic support classroom (grades 2–6). I also completed my student teaching as a lead kindergarten teacher and as a lead special education teacher in an autistic support classroom (grades K–3). Through these roles, I have developed strong experience implementing structured routines, supporting IEP goals, reinforcing positive behavior strategies, and creating engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences tailored to each child’s needs.
