FULL-TIME AVAILABILITY REMAINDER OF APRIL AND EARLY PART OF MAY ONLY. Hello! My name is Heidi, I am 49 years old and have 34 years experience working with children of all ages and abilities. I am kind, patient, have great time management and organizational skills, and above all else, love and adore children. My mother owned and operated an in-home daycare service in our home for 20 years throughout my K-12 years. During college I worked at Martha Rounds Academy for Children (now Elaine Rosi Academy) in Brentwood in the Newborn/Infant room as a care provider for 4 infants in a room of 16 infants and 4 care providers. I was a substitute teacher (all grades) for 7 years for the Lindbergh School District from 2000-2007. I was an independent contractor for TLC for Kids, a babysitter/nanny placement service, from 2014-2018 working for 230 families!! In 2015-2016 I was a Read more Nanny and Estate Manager for a family in Clayton 60 hours/week taking care of their entire estate and their 2 boys, including traveling solo with the boys and stepchildren all over the country and Australia. I have since worked for clients on other platforms and clients from my time at TLC for Kids (now TLC Family Care) I love to do puzzles, arts and crafts, dance, take walks, play sports, read books, bake cookies, imaginative play, play board games, spend time outside...whatever the kids want to do. With babies I am 100% interactive...singing, talking, tummy time, reading, etc., immersing the child into their surroundings. I can help with and supervise virtual learning, homework, and transport children to/from school and other places such as the local park or zoo. I am comfortable with cameras throughout the house and all pets. Flu and Covid-19 vaccinations are both up-to-date. My background check was updated as of March 4, 2024. I renewed my Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED 2 year certification on June 10, 2023. 4 HOUR MINIMUM. Rates start at $18/ hour. I look forward to hearing from you! Heidi was great with our 3 boys (2/4/6 y.o.). She took care of them full-time for a week while we had a gap in care before childcare and school began. She was able to keep them on their usual schedule - morning activity, lunch, nap/quiet time, and afternoon play. We had no issues leaving her one of our vehicles to take the boys to the park, zoo, splash pad, and library. She even helped our oldest to learn to tie his own shoes. She was respectful, punctual, and communicated well. We will definitely be hiring her again.

Heidi was a wonderful addition to our household in Summer 2023. She was great with our infant, ensuring regular tummy time, notifying me of any needs she was noticing, and helping our baby girl learn. She also was extremely helpful around the house when the baby slept. She tidied the kitchen, folded laundry, and even organized the baby’s clothes. We were lucky to have her and would have her back anytime.

Heidi was prompt, clear in her communication and a pleasure to worth with. Heidi watched our two children (a 4 week old and a 20 month old) and did such a great job. Even though we were traveling to St. Louis from out of town (and never had someone else take care of our 4 week old), Heidi put us at ease for our night out!
