Hello! I’m Kaela but i usually just go by El, i’m 19 years old and currently studying to become a certified birth doula. Even before I ever began paid work in childcare, I was always running around helping with young cousins and functioning as a third parent for my younger siblings. I’ve always had a strong desire to nurture, which has lead me to gain experience in special needs care and animal care along with my babysitting experience. I am very passionate about the importance of emotional awareness and sensitivity when it comes to child care, and often take a holistic approach incorporating breath work and yoga to aid in emotional regulation. I also have years of experience cooking healthy meals (plant based upon request), and am CPR certified.
