I have been working with children for over 25 years! All different ages from 1 month to teenagers. Every family is different and I walk into a new position without expectations. Each child is different and has their own needs. I have come to understand over the years that children crave structure, boundaries, and specific disciplines in their daily routines. It makes them feel safe, secure, and helps them grow. While all those things are crucial to child development, playing and having fun and just being a kid is much needed! They need to feel loved, respected, and cared for. I look forward to the possibility of working with a new family with a new adventure!
