I have been a sitter since I was a teenager, and in my 20s I was a nanny for the same family for 7 years, and still have a strong relationship with them. I also sit for many different families that I have worked with or for my friends. I love being a sitter/nanny because I think children are such a blessing. I believe that raising the next generation is such a sacred job and to be trusted with any part in that is so special to me. I love teaching children new things and watching them learn. I also understand how rare and relaxing it can be to get out of the house without the kids and have peace of mind that your children will be well cared for while you're gone.
