don’t just “babysit”—I understand children. I love being a sitter because I have a genuine connection with children that goes beyond supervision. Children feel safe with me. They open up, they regulate, and they respond because I meet them where they are emotionally—not just behaviorally. I have spent over 30 years working with children in homes, daycare settings, and elementary schools, and what I’ve learned is this: behavior always has a root. That’s why I do this work. My experience includes in-home childcare, daycare centers, and school environments where I’ve supported children across different ages, personalities, and behavioral needs. I’ve worked with children who are calm, energetic, anxious, strong-willed, and even those who struggle with emotional regulation. I don’t just manage behavior—I understand it, redirect it, and help children feel seen. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Social and Human Services and have completed 58 credit hours in Early Childhood Read more Education. My background allows me to see the full picture—biological, emotional, and environmental factors that shape a child’s behavior.
