Does a great job when she shows up. We liked Courtney right away. She did a great job with the kids and making the house tidy. However, her attendance was so increasingly poor that we had to fire her. It was always something: sick, car trouble, busy, out of town, staying out of town longer than planned - and my personal favorite - someone else might need her, but she'll let us know last minute if they change their mind. She never once checked how this impacted our family; she just continued to dictate to us when she would show for the agreed upon schedule (which toward the end was only working 4 to 6 hours per week).
