Harrison T.

Harrison is a wonderful babysitter. Over the several month period he has been with our family, he has taken the time to cultivate individualized relationships with our 9 and 13 year old boys and has connected meaningfully with both of them. They have both expressed that he’s easy to talk to and connect with — and they feel he genuinely takes an interest in their lives. Harrison is very hands on and active with our extremely active 9 year old. They spend a lot of time outdoors bike riding, playing games and getting physical activity. Harrison is proactive in checking in with us about how things are going and eager to discuss and address any issues that arise. He is reliable, thoughtful and one of our kids all time favorite sitters. He comes with our highest recommendation.

Harrison is fantastic. My boys were immediately comfortable and hysterically laughing from the other room 5 minutes after he arrived. He also brings toys and games with him.

"I hope he brings the dancing cactus again..." Our two boys, 5 and 7, are super excited when Harrison is coming to watch them. Whether it's hanging out for a parents' night out or a day of fun adventuring around the city when school's out and work's not, these kids have such fun. Harrison is really thoughtful with ideas and fun gizmos, and has a great way with the kids to find and connect on what interests them. We're very glad to have found him!

Such a wonderful experience! We were in NY for a few days and I had to work for one of them, so he took my 5th grader around the city for a day. He put so much thought into the activities- texting a researched list to us the night before, tailoring for my kid's interest, and keeping the day fun-filled and exciting (a spy museum, ninja academy, climbing gym, Art of Playing store, ferry rides and lots of NYC snacking?) My son was in heaven. And Harrison was communicative and reliable- I had really important drop-off and pick-up times (presentation to make on one end and flight to catch on the other), and he kept me updated when he was on his way so I didn't have to worry. I typically come back to NYC every few months for work. So hope Harrison is available the next time!

Harrison has a wonderful way with kids. He first helped us when my 6 year old was home sick. He brought a bag of interesting books and items to engage our son, and they had a blast together. We’ve already invited him back twice, once when he took care of both our boys (4 and 6). I returned to see smiles on their faces and an assortment of inventive craft items they had built together. My only hesitance in giving Harrison a great review is that it might decrease the odds he’s available for us next time!

Harrison took care of our two kids when we wanted a night out while visiting the city. He did an amazing job and even my normally very shy 3-year old opened up to him right away. He also had a few toys, which was fantastic because we didn't bring much with us on vacation. My 7 year old asked if he could come back! Highly recommended!

My 2 boys (9-yo twins) love Harrison and did so right away! He has been helping us out pretty regularly and they are always excited when they know Harrison is coming over. The kids are so at ease with him, that we find ourselves looking for more reasons to have him come over (win-win!). Can not recommend enough.

Harrison is a godsend for my two boys. They jump out the door to go with Harrison to the park, Urban Air trampouline park, or to the climbing gym where he has a real passion. His kindness and calm manner is just what my 7 and 3 year old boys need and I could not be happier to have found him. He has been walking my kids to school in the morning and it is a tremendous help in getting them there on time and getting them motivated to start their day. I give him my highest unequivocal recommendation. Please don’t hog him. He must be shared.

If I could give 6 stars I would. HARRISON rocked it with our five year old son. They bonded the minute he showed up at our home (not our son's typical response to a sitter). They played out of doors (and off devices) for hours. Harrison set great boundaries for Joshua, but also set the norm of having a total blast together. Wish we lived in NYC so we could use Harrison on a regular basis.

Harrison was so great with my two little guys. My kids are notoriously suspicious of babysitters but they were immediately at ease and had fun right away when Harrison came over. Would recommend!!!!
