Hi! I’m Olivia, and caring for children has been a huge part of my life for years. I currently work at a Montessori school as a Lead Guide in a toddler classroom, where I support young children’s independence, emotional development, and daily routines in a calm, nurturing environment. I truly love building meaningful connections with children and creating a space where they feel safe, supported, and confident. I hold a Montessori certificate and completed a two-year Teachers Academy program in high school, where I worked as a student teacher in a first-grade classroom. I began my most recent career as a Lead Guide in an infant classroom for a full year, caring for babies and supporting their early development, before completing my training and transitioning into a toddler classroom. This has given me strong, hands-on experience with infants, toddlers, and young children.
