I’m currently a student at Texas Woman’s University majoring in Kinesiology on the pre-occupational therapy track. In high school, I was a student athletic trainer, where I learned basic first aid and became CPR certified. I’ve also taken additional first aid, CPR, medical, and psychology courses in college, including developmental psychology. I have experience with children ranging from 6 months to 14 years old through babysitting and nannying. I’m comfortable caring for multiple children at once and have experience working with children with special needs. I’ve also shadowed and interned with three pediatric occupational therapists who worked with children of different ages with both cognitive and physical disabilities.
