Hello! My name is Maya and I grew up here in Tucson and absolutely love working with kids. I am a proud graduate of Northern Arizona University and have spent two summers working at an overnight camp with children ages 5 to 17. I also worked professionally at Watershed Management Group, where I created outdoor education activities for youth. Through these experiences, I have had the joy of working with a wide range of children, from shy and reserved kids to outgoing ones, as well as kids with mental disabilities. In addition, I have extensive experience babysitting, house-sitting, and pet sitting. I have my own car and am up to date on my CPR/BLS and Wilderness First Aid certifications. In my free time, I love mountain and road biking, crocheting and embroidering, volunteering as a marching band instructor at Mountain View High School, and spending time with my two sisters.
