Janet was very unprofessional when she severed ties with us. She did not give us any warning she literally gave us no notice to find replacement care. She was our nanny from 07/22/22 to 09/19/22. She knew we needed care to for my husband to be able to attend a dr appointment and I called and asked if she could make it and she said yes and was a NO SHOW. She has caused us to miss multiple days of work by not letting us know she would not be able to provide care. Very unprofessional when handling business.
