To back up my life experience, I recently completed my 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and am currently preparing for my formal RBT certification and competency assessment this August. Because of this, I am deeply familiar with positive reinforcement strategies, routine management, and providing supportive, patient care tailored to a child's unique needs.
