Hi! I’m Lindsey, an experienced overnight postpartum doula and newborn care professional with a passion for helping families get the rest, confidence, and support they need during the early weeks and months with a new baby. I specialize in overnight newborn care, providing compassionate, evidence-based support for infants from birth through the first year. My services include feeding support (breastfed, bottle-fed, or formula-fed), diapering, soothing, establishing healthy sleep habits, monitoring newborn wellness, washing bottles and pump parts, light nursery organization, and helping parents feel confident in caring for their little one. My goal is to create a calm, restful environment so parents can wake up feeling refreshed and supported. In addition to my newborn care experience, I am a certified birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST). My background allows me to provide knowledgeable, nonjudgmental support while always following each family’s parenting preferences.
