I am a firm believer in building children up and honoring their dignity and choice. I am upbeat and make safety my #1 priority. I have spent the last several years teaching in a variety of capacities, including Montessori and special education. Most recently, I taught 2nd and 3rd grade at St. Joseph Academy. I align very much with the Montessori method, and this is how I approach childcare from infancy to teenage years. I am expecting my first baby in September. In the meantime, I am available part-time.
