I cared for two twin women with developmental disabilities who were cognitively 5 years old. Me and my co-worker engaged the twins with social activities, crafts and going out to eat. We also assisted them with dressing, showering and preparing their meals. I also regularly visit my neighbor who has a 5 year old son Jacob. I enjoy my visits with Jacob because he has a huge imagination and he enjoys being read to.
