I cannot recommend Luisa highly enough. She was our nanny for a year, starting when our son was just 3 months old and our daughter was 4. From day one, she felt like a natural extension of our family.What we love most about Luisa is her incredible personality. Our 4-year-old daughter can sometimes have a strong character and be hesitant around new people, but Luisa knew exactly how to build her confidence. She used her wonderful imagination and stepped right down to a child's level to play. Our daughter connected with her instantly, which made the transition so smooth for everyone.Luisa is also incredibly reliable, always on time, and brought us immense peace of mind. She lovingly prepared nutritious meals for our baby and seamlessly stepped in to care for our oldest during school breaks and holidays so my partner and I could get some much-needed time together.She is deeply honest and constantly went out of her way for us. We trusted her implicitly—so much so that we gave her our house keys to take care of our home and cat whenever we went on vacation. She was always there for us whenever we needed her. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her.
