We can’t recommend Lizhu (Julie) highly enough! She is incredibly experienced, with a background in both daycare centers and in-home care, and has been amazing with our young toddler. She follows a modern, child-led approach that supports independence while always keeping safety top of mind. She’s joyful, easy-going, and patient, creating a calm and engaging environment for our little one every single day. She took our daughter on fun daily outings to parks, playgrounds, and libraries, and also befriended many other nannies/kids in our neighborhood, which is wonderful for social development. In addition to being reliable and punctual, she is incredibly helpful around the house—proactively assisting with light cleaning and daily household tasks. She speaks Mandarin and conversational English, and is a fantastic fit for a bilingual household.
