Ximena A.

We had the pleasure of having Ximena watch our precious 3 month old for almost a year and were happy for her and her move to Colorado but truly miss her. She went above and beyond what we labeled as our basic requirement and always asked if everything was okay to verify if she could improve on something or asked all the right questions to ensure we were completely happy with how she cared for our daughter. In such a brief time, Ximena has become more than a babysitter/nanny as she is now family. We facetime and keep in touch with her as our daughter is very fond of Ximena. I can vouch that Ximena was very flexible with her schedule and accommodating. Ximena is very prompt and often times I would catch her outside, in her car, just hanging out and waiting to start her scheduled day so much so we just invited her to come when she arrived cause it was instant coverage for my wife and I especially with how crazy our mornings are with our other daughter and work schedule. Ximena is very patient and kind and will push your child to progress in a caring way. She helped our daughter learn to crawl/scoot very quickly and was always very engaged throughout her entire time in our home. Ximena had her own transportation so we never had an issue with calling out or no shows, as a matter of fact I can't think of one time she called out to be honest. We had her stay away a few days when our older daughter was sick, to prevent her from catching her virus, but other than that she was very reliable. I'm not sure what more I can say other than if you'd like to know more do not hesitate to ask Ximena for my number as a reference.
