We found Viviana in preparation for an 11-week business trip to assist me primarily in the afternoon and evenings. Viv picked up our daughter, from daycare around 4, have playtime either at home or the playground, cook and feed her any one of the three things she eats right now for dinner, and bath time. I additionally had her start driving our daughter to school on days I would go into the office in DC. From first meeting her our daughter was enamored with Viv, and Viv was always so kind and accommodating and caring towards her. Throughout her employ with us, Viv was consistently punctual and never fell short of meeting the expectations on which we hired her to carry out, often times and regularly exceeding them. She even took on some impromptu shifts when I took my older daughters to the airport, and even dropping our dogs off at the Dogsitter. She’s nothing short of dedicated, and will be fully committed to thoroughly carrying out the parameters of care you need for your children. Unfortunately, her time of full employ with us has ended, but we still intend to use her for date nights and contingent needs. My overall advice? Hire her and don't look back. She's THE BEST!
