Hi, all! My name is Anjelica and my passion for child care began at a young age as the oldest of many siblings. Being “moms helper” turned into something I loved doing after high school, having spent my free time sitting for various families on the weekends. Post college I turned my passion into a reality. I obtained a CPR/ First Aid certification and began baby sitting/nannying, house sitting and assisting the elderly, full time as self employment. Through experience and references I was able to create wonderful relationships with families from all sorts of backgrounds. I have hands on experience with infants and children of all ages (teens being the oldest.) I am experienced in diaper changes, preparing baby food at home, delivering medicines, preparing home cooked meals, light cleaning, helping with homework, bathing, etc. A separate passion of mine is the field of holistic health. Knowing what foods are the most nutritious + how to prepare them as well as "natural" protocols for cold + flu + eczema relief has allowed me to help families I’ve worked for in more ways than one. I've loved every part of my journey thus far - all of the lives I’ve had the opportunity to touch as well as all the ways my life has been touched. Whether it’s baby sitting for the weekend, after school support or something more long term, I’m excited to be of service! Aside from baby sitting/nannying I have experience animal sitting, house sitting, offering companionship + well care to elderly individuals.
