Hi! I’m Wil, an experienced childcare professional and family assistant with extensive hands-on experience caring for infants and toddlers. Most recently, I served as a full-time caregiver beginning when the child was just two months old, becoming a trusted and consistent part of his daily life as he grew through infancy and into toddlerhood. I genuinely love working with children and creating days that are warm, engaging, active, and fun. I’m a big believer in getting kids out into the world—we’ve spent countless hours at libraries, parks, playgrounds, community activities, on walks, and exploring outdoors. At home, I’m equally comfortable handling meals, naps and bedtime routines, play, developmental activities, and all of the everyday unpredictability that comes with caring for little ones. My family-assistant background also means I’m comfortable jumping in where needed—preparing meals, tidying up after the kids, keeping routines organized, running child-related errands, and helping a household run a little more smoothly. I’m currently available for date nights, evenings, weekends, backup care, occasional sitting, and ongoing arrangements.
