Hi! My name is Christina, and I love working with children. I have experience caring for kids from 3 months to 9 years old, with the most hands-on experience in infant and toddler care. I am currently a nanny for a family with three boys, primarily responsible for their 7-month-old, whom I’ve cared for since he was 3 months old. I also previously cared for a baby girl from 5 to 9 months, as well as my twin cousins from infancy through age 1, providing about 25 hours of care per week over an 8-month period. I’m comfortable caring for up to three children at once, including elementary-aged children. I am currently seeking part-time morning babysitting positions a few days a week. My availability is 7:00 AM–2:00 PM on weekdays, and I am fully available on weekends. I currently work as a nanny in the afternoons (3:00–8:00 PM), so this Read more would be a second position. I’m a University of Maryland graduate and a former Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). I have also been CPR certified and am comfortable caring for children with special medical needs or disabilities. I am half Chinese and can speak Mandarin conversationally (I am not strong in reading and writing, but grew up speaking Chinese at home with my parents). In addition to general childcare, I can help with: -Academic tutoring (Math, English, history, etc.) - Light housekeeping - Bedtime/Bathtime routine - Meal Preparation - Driving to and from school or activities (I have my own car and 2 car seats suitable for children under 6) -Assisting with parties, playdates, or sleepovers I would describe myself as positive, reliable, and attentive. Some kids just need calm supervision after a long day, while others thrive on creative play, outdoor adventures, or educational games. Christina was excellent, and we would absolutely recommend her. She was extremely competent. She has experience with special needs kids and was able to be understanding and flexible with my two special needs kids. She was also warm and playful with my kids. She has training on how to use an EpiPen. I am grateful we found such a caring and competent individual.
