Hi! My name is Christina. I love working with kids and have experience caring for children ages 1 to 9. I have the most hands-on experience with babies and toddlers. I was a caregiver for my twin cousins when they were 1 year old, providing about 25 hours of care per week for 8 months. They also have an elementary-aged child so I am comfortable and experienced in taking care of up to 3 children at a time. I’m currently looking for a part-time babysitting job in the mornings. I am available 7am- 2pm on weekdays, and all day on weekends. Right now, I nanny for a family on weekday afternoons (3-8pm), so this would be my second job. I’m a University of Maryland graduate and a former Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). I have also been CPR certified and am comfortable caring for children with special medical needs or disabilities. Read more I am half Chinese and can speak Mandarin conversationally (I am not strong in reading and writing, but grew up speaking Chinese at home with my parents). In addition to general childcare, I can help with: -Academic tutoring (Math, English, history, etc.) - Light housekeeping - Bedtime/Bathtime routine - Meal Preparation - Driving to and from school or activities (I have my own car and 2 car seats suitable for children under 6) -Assisting with parties, playdates, or sleepovers I would describe myself as positive, reliable, and attentive. Some kids just need calm supervision after a long day, while others thrive on creative play, outdoor adventures, or educational games. I’m happy to provide both types of support and to tailor my approach to your family’s needs. Happy to provide references and any additional information that you may require!

Christina was excellent, and we would absolutely recommend her. She was extremely competent. She has experience with special needs kids and was able to be understanding and flexible with my two special needs kids. She was also warm and playful with my kids. She has training on how to use an EpiPen. I am grateful we found such a caring and competent individual.
