I love being a sitter because I truly enjoy working with children and watching them learn and grow. Each child has their own personality, and it’s incredibly rewarding to be someone they trust and feel safe with. I enjoy creating fun, educational, and engaging activities that help kids develop socially, emotionally, and intellectually. Knowing I can make a positive impact on their lives, even in small ways, is what keeps me passionate about this work. I have 4 years of experience caring for children of various ages, from infants to pre-teens. I’ve worked as both a part-time and full-time nanny, as well as babysat for families on weekends and during school breaks. I’ve helped with everything from diaper changes and feeding schedules to homework help, bedtime routines, and planning age-appropriate activities. I’ve also assisted with light housekeeping and meal prep for the children. I am certified in CPR and First Read more Aid, which gives me the confidence to handle emergencies calmly and responsibly. I’m also skilled in behavior management, conflict resolution, and age-appropriate learning techniques. I’m very patient, dependable, and organized. I pride myself on good communication with both children and parents to ensure consistency and trust.
