I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel supported in a fun, safe environment. I believe in learning through play and using developmentally appropriate, engaging activities that spark curiosity and creativity. I also practice gentle guidance and positive reinforcement to support emotional development, encourage independence, and build children’s confidence. I’ve worked with children of all ages through my roles as a Recreational Leader, an intern at the CSUSB Infant Toddler Lab School, and during after-school programs, where I’ve led activities, helped with homework, and built strong relationships with kids and families. I was CPR certified (willing to obtain it again), a Mandated Reporter, and trained in GERM management, with strong skills in communication, patience, creativity, and problem-solving; always striving to provide the best care possible.
