Hi! I’m Shaelyn, a special education teacher certified in K-8 Comprehensive Interventionism. I have been a teacher in the Upper Cumberland for 3 years. I have 9 years of experience through my high school Pre-K, TTU Child development lab, Putnam county school system, babysitting, Primrose School of Hixson, and Lighthouse Learning Academy here in Cookeville. I have worked with ages 6 weeks to 15 years old. I am CPR, First Aid, and TECTA certified. I am very experienced and comfortable with children that have allergies, need medication, or have special needs! I am also in school for Speech Language Pathology as well!
