Hi there! My name is Esther Aaron,and I’ve been around kids my entire life. I come from a very big family—I'm actually one of 15 siblings! Being one of the oldest, I naturally stepped into the role of a caregiver from a young age. With so many younger brothers and sisters, I basically grew up babysitting every day—changing diapers, helping with homework, keeping everyone entertained, and making sure things didn’t completely fall apart when Mom or Dad had their hands full. Even though I don’t have a formal certification in babysitting or in adult care, I’ve gained a ton of hands-on experience just from real life. Over the years, our neighbors started noticing how well I handled my siblings and began asking me to watch their kids too.
