Fun, mature, creative, responsible, and fluent in American Sign Language! I have been babysitting for more than 17 years and have extensive experience working with children of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. I genuinely enjoy meeting new families and am always up for an adventure, creative activity, or unique opportunity. I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I own a private psychotherapy practice and also serve as part-time faculty in the social work departments at two North Carolina universities. Throughout my education and career, much of my work has centered on children, families, and their well-being. Because my professional schedule is flexible, babysitting remains a meaningful and enjoyable way for me to continue working directly with children and families outside of my clinical and academic roles. Perfect for date nights, occasional care, and families looking for a highly experienced, dependable sitter. I Read more look forward to connecting!

Caitlin watched my infant son for me for a few hours so I could run some errands. She was on time, communicative and very respectful and nice. When I came home she was playing with my son on the floor and he was very happy. I hope to hire her again soon.

Our family with two very young daughters came to Honolulu for a weeklong family trip. We knew it wouldn't really be a vacation unless we had some help, so we started searching for a sitter. After researching on Sitter City, we chose Caitlin because she had a social worker background. Little did we know that we literally hit the jackpot of all sitters! We had very specific needs, as we have a baby and a young toddler who get up early in the morning (way before their parents). Caitlin was a champ and came to the hotel at 5:30am everyday to take care of the girls, and then would come back in the evening so Mom & Dad could go on date night. If anything, now that we are back on the mainland, our older daughter still wants to see Caitlin on Skype. We would have brought her back if we could have! You are in great hands if you decide to hire Caitlin.
