Juana did a fantastic job with our 4 year old daughter while we were visiting Park City. My daughter was resitant to the idea of hanging out with a new baby sitter for days leading up to it. Juana showed up a few minutes early, and did a great job slow rolling the intro while we hung out. My kid warmed up to her pretty quickly, and we were able to go skiing. We didn't give Juana a ton of guidance, and she did a great job making decisions about how best to handle things, get her to eat, keep her engaged and walk around. Her English was great, and my daughter is in a billingual Spanish school so we were happy that she *could* speak Spanish. The other friends on the trip didn't have their (older) kids along, but the commented about how great a job Juana did. We would hire her again in a heart beat.
