I have had the privilege of caring for children from birth through age 18 across a variety of settings. During my teenage years, I worked as a summer camp counselor, where I developed the skills necessary to keep children engaged while ensuring their safety. Throughout college, I worked in home settings with children on the autism spectrum, an experience that strengthened my ability to adapt my approach to meet each child’s individual needs. Most recently, I had the opportunity to launch and manage a summer day camp serving approximately 50 children each week through a local YMCA. This role only furthered my dedication to providing high-quality care in which each child can explore the world while in a safe and supportive environment.
