I have several years of experience working with children of all ages. I started out volunteering with elementary schools, First 5, and babysitting as a teenager. As an adult, I have worked for several families as a professional nanny and caregiver. I also worked for 3 years as a registered behavior technician working with kids with autism and other disorders in clinical, home and school settings, and I spent a semester working as an outdoor preschool teacher. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and love to apply the skills I have learned by teaching study skills and tutoring to students of all ages. I am preparing to head off the grad school where I will be working towards a Master in public policy at the University of Chicago with a focus on education policy.
