My name is Darlyn and I just moved to Amelia Island in February. I am loving it here and not missing the cold northeast. I have unpacked and I am ready to do something different, yet in my wheelhouse. I am a semi-retired Speech Language Pathologist and I miss the engagement with the kids. My most recent work was in a K-2 school helping students with communication and language disabilities. Over the years I have worked with every age group and I am especially patient and respectful of all, including listening to the will of parents because they know their children best. Darlyn was absolutely wonderful with our almost 2 year old! It was a pleasure having her watch our daughter (and dog!). She was so sweet and kind and she really put us at ease. She was punctual and very communicative. We plan to use her again when we visit Amelia Island.
