I’m a newly graduated School Psychologist who has the most experience working with children in grades K-4. I'm looking to be a nanny/regular babysitter over the Summer. I’m a kid at heart. I get along with kiddos very well since we have similar interests and we’re closer in age than other staff. I think that kids are the funniest people in the world. I always enjoy listening to their stories and getting to know them. I'm able to build rapport with children very quickly. I like to have fun and be silly, but I know when I need to be assertive and set boundaries. I can help with homework and projects. I was a Play Facilitator, Homeschool Teacher, AND School-Age Childcare Associate during my time at the Children’s Museum Of Oswego. I facilitated and initiated interactions with children and adults to deepen their learning experiences during exhibit play. I taught Read more prepared lesson plans to K-5 homeschooled children in 3-hour sessions once a week for the Oswego Homeschool Association based on different monthly themes. I provided homework help, experimented with fun and innovative programming, and facilitated exhibit play with children K-6 in the School Age Child Care after school program. As a School Psychologist Intern, I had weekly lunch/counseling groups where I teach groups of 2-4 students social-emotional skills. I also taught weekly social-emotional learning lessons to a 1st grade class of over 20 students.
