I love helping children grow into being our next artists, politicians, medical professionals, and more. Children teach you new things everyday just from experiencing life with them. I remember babysitting 4 children at one time for 3 days and 2 nights. A 2 year old boy, a 7 year old girl, an 8 year old boy, and a 12 year old girl. I was able to teach them ways to have fun that will not be destructive or chaotic in ways of harming themselves. The same way they were able to teach me new ways of learning that was completely different from when I was a child. Allowing a child to feel safe in their environment is the first step to comfortability and freedom. If they’re too afraid to show their true selves, how would you know the proper ways to care for them? I obtain many skills down to Read more listening, awareness, and calamity. If you’re now able to stay calm as an adult, how would the child know to stay calm at their age? I would be a fun yet learning experience for any child of an age.
