Hi! I’m Isa, a recent psychology graduate with a strong background in child development and behavioral support. I’ve been working with children since high school and continued babysitting consistently throughout college. My experience ranges from infants to school-aged children, and I love adapting to each child’s unique personality and needs. I’ve worked as a behavioral technician, providing personalized educational and emotional support to children, often in clinical or therapeutic settings. I’ve also served as an instructor and classroom supervisor at Romp n’ Roll, where I led classes for children ages 1–5 and helped design lesson plans that supported early cognitive development. I’m fluent in Spanish and speak intermediate French, which allows me to support bilingual families and promote inclusive, multicultural learning.
