Hi, I’m Karissa! I’m a fun, energetic, and caring childcare professional with a genuine passion for working with children and creating a safe, positive environment where they can learn, play, and grow. I have over 5 years of babysitting and nannying experience, along with professional experience working in a preschool classroom. I currently work with young children and absolutely love being part of their everyday development—from helping them learn new skills and build confidence to creating fun memories through play, crafts, outdoor activities, and age-appropriate adventures. My experience also extends beyond the classroom. I’ve been a competitive lacrosse player since second grade and have been coaching youth and travel lacrosse since middle school, including coaching travel teams in Delaware and Maryland. Coaching has taught me patience, responsibility, leadership, communication, and how to connect with children of different ages and personalities.
