We recently had Zach babysit our 16-month-old son, who is still learning to walk and currently going through separation anxiety. Zach was very transparent from the beginning that he didn’t have much experience with younger toddlers, which we really appreciated. Even so, Zach approached everything with such a calm, patient, and positive attitude. Our son is definitely not the easiest little one to watch at this stage, but Zach handled things thoughtfully and was very communicative throughout the experience. He asked great questions and was genuinely eager to learn and understand how to best care for our son. Overall, we had a very positive experience with Zach and would absolutely reach out to him again for babysitting in the future :)
