Hi! My name is Betul Almila Buyukaydin, but everyone calls me Mila 😊. I’m 28 and currently live in Austin (78747 – Onion Creek area). I have over 8 years of childcare experience, mostly with infants and toddlers 👶🧸. I came to the U.S. as an Au Pair 4 years ago. During that program, I completed training and exams in newborn care, emotional and physical development, child psychology, and CPR 🍼💤. I cared for children from newborns to teenagers, but I especially love working with babies in their first year. After the Au Pair program, I worked part-time with families in Newyork, helping with feeding, naps, playtime, developmental activities, and light child-related household tasks. Before coming to the U.S., I volunteered with child welfare organizations in Turkey and participated in social responsibility projects. Being the oldest sister in my family has also shaped my nurturing and responsible personality ❤️. I Read more am fluent in English and Turkish and very confident in my English skills. I’m reliable, patient, and love creating a calm, safe, and fun environment for little ones. I’m CPR certified it’s expired but happy to renew it ✅. I currently work part-time Sales Manager at Pandora, but my schedule is flexible and I can adjust to help on the days you need ⏰.
