Hi!! I’m Emnel, I’ve been working in childcare with the YMCA since August 2023, and it’s honestly something I really enjoy. I’m 19 and currently in college majoring in Early Childhood Education, which has helped me better understand how kids learn and grow. I have experience working with infants, toddlers, and school-age children, and I’m comfortable managing both small and large groups. I love being a sitter because I get to build connections with kids, help them learn new things, and make sure they’re having fun in a safe environment. Being a younger sitter also helps me connect easily with kids, and I find they’re often more comfortable opening up and bonding with me. I’m used to helping with daily routines, staying organized, and handling different personalities with patience and understanding. I’m reliable, responsible, and always prioritize safety while creating a fun and positive environment for every child.
